This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle order processing, packaging, and delivery across India.

1. Order Processing

• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
• Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• Each product is carefully packed in eco-friendly, tamper-proof packaging to ensure freshness and purity.

Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive:

• A shipping confirmation message on WhatsApp/email
• A tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We currently deliver all across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 working days
• Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 working days

(Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather, or local conditions.)
Note: Orders are dispatched only after successful payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• For orders below ₹999, a nominal delivery charge of ₹49–₹79 may apply based on location and courier rates.
• Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders (if enabled) may attract a small additional fee.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can easily track your order:

• Via the tracking link shared on WhatsApp or email.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we always aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Natural calamities, strikes, or courier disruptions.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
• Unavailability of the customer at the delivery location.

In such cases, our team will notify you proactively and ensure resolution.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Om Prasadam delivers only within India.
We will announce international shipping options soon — to share bhakti ka swaad globally.
