Return, Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy – Om Prasadam

At Om Prasadam, every pack is prepared with devotion, purity, and care. We understand that receiving your order in perfect condition is important, and your trust is sacred to us. That’s why we follow a transparent and simple policy to help you in case of any issues.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

If these conditions are met, please contact our customer care via email or WhatsApp with photos/videos of the issue.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used food products cannot be returned.

2. Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or wrong item, we’re happy to offer an exchange at no extra cost. After your return request is verified, a replacement pack will be sent to you within 5–7 working days. If the same product is unavailable, you can choose an alternate item or store credit.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

• If a replacement cannot be provided.
• If your order is cancelled before dispatch.
• If the product was damaged during delivery (with proof).

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval. (Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.)

Note: Minor variations in grain size, aroma, or color are natural and not covered under refund policy.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
• For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, spiritual sanctity, and food safety, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or tampered packs.
• Products damaged due to customer handling.
• Items purchased during special offers, discounts, or combo packs.

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, refund, or exchange:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
2. Share your order ID, contact number, and issue details (with clear photos).
3. Our team will respond within 2 business days and assist you with the resolution.
